Sharing is one of the foundations of our activity. We would like to share it with you by the means of a knowledge management system that we built and are internally using daily. This system relies on atomic knowledge and is made of standard components implemented under free software licenses1. We can thus support your organization for installing and structuring your knowledge management system.
Our offer¶
- Collaborative authoring of centralized notes on a server on premise.
- Rendering as internal web pages accessed from a browser.
- Notes written in text format.
- Possible insertion in notes of:
- PDF documents, optionally at a given page ;
- diagrams, sketches and drawings described in text format ;
- complex math formula in LaTeX format ;
- images in PNG, JPG or SVG format ;
- Full version history of co-writers changes.
- Web pages automatically rebuilt as changes are received on the central server2.
Examples of achievements¶
- Les cours Odonata, a website hosting more than 1,600 contents such as math lessons and exercises for students from secondary school to high school with many illustrations, math formula and linked PDF pages.
- Authoring of detailed technical documentations for HPC clusters, that are hosted on clusters and thus accessible from within the internal client network.
